ASTRALEX is a private consulting firm founded by Prof. Mark J. Sundahl to provide law and policy consulting services to aerospace companies that are pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The emergence of non-traditional space activities (from private manned spaceflight and on-orbit satellite refueling & repair to private space stations and resource extraction) presents complex legal and regulatory issues. ASTRALEX provides clients with a clear understanding of these issues and works with clients to achieve creative and efficient solutions.
